Vision is the answer to key questions - why should anyone do business with us? Why should anyone work for us? No one explains it better than Simon Sinek in his talk “How Great Leaders inspire people”.
Your Vision has the potential to create high Stakeholder Engagement – be it Customers, Employees, Partners, Investors or the Communities you serve.
